Delivery Policy and Delivery Fees

Fees shipping options for retail customers:

  • Transport:
    • Via post office (Economy Delivery, ViettelPost,…) If customers in FUWA provinces do not have Agents or Distributors.
    • By post or direct shipping: If in major provinces such as Hanoi, HCM, Nha Trang, Vung Tau, Da Nang, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, … FUWA has a point of sale, then the shipping fee may be cheaper or free depending on the regulations of the Distributor/Agent in that area.
  • General fees:
    • Order> 700k : free shipping nationwide
    • Order >500k: 30k shipping fee
    • Order >200k: 40k shipping fee
    • Order <200k: 40~60k shipping fee ( Depends on the weight of the goods, will notify you as soon as you order.).

Define the responsibilities of traders and logistics service providers regarding the provision of goods documents during the delivery process.

Obligations of the carrier

  • Ensure complete and safe transportation of assets to the designated location, on time.
  • Deliver property to the rightful recipient.
  • Bear the costs associated with the transportation of the property, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Purchase civil liability insurance as required by law.
  • Compensate the lessee for damages in case the carrier loses or damages property, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise provided by law.

Rights of the carrier

  • Check the authenticity of the property, the bill of lading or other equivalent shipping document.
  • Refuse to transport property that is not the type of property agreed upon in the contract.
  • Require the lessee to pay the full shipping fee on time.
  • Refuse to transport prohibited assets, assets of a dangerous or toxic nature, if the carrier

Obligations of the charterer

  • Pay the full shipping fee to the carrier on time and in the agreed manner.
  • Provide necessary information related to the transported property to ensure the safety of the transported property.
  • Look after property in transit, if agreed. In case the lessee takes care of the property and the property is lost or damaged, compensation will not be paid.

Rights of the charterer

  • Require the carrier to transport the property to the agreed location and time.
  • Directly or appoint a third party to receive back the property that has been hired for transportation.

Liability for damages

  • The carrier must compensate the charterer for damages if the property is lost or damaged.
  • The lessee must compensate the carrier and third parties for damages caused by the transported property being dangerous or toxic without taking measures to pack and ensure safety during transportation.
  • In case of force majeure resulting in loss, damage or destruction of transported property during transportation, the carrier shall not be liable for compensation for damages, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise provided by law.
