With the desire to bring customers the best shopping experience, Fuwa3E products when sent to customers are always guaranteed to be new, quality, true to the description and images on the website. In case the customer receives a product that does not match the description on the website, or the product is defective due to the manufacturer, the customer can completely return or request a refund within 7 days from the time of receiving the product. A. Exchange – Refund Policy

  • Products can be exchanged only once within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • The exchanged product must be unused, unsoiled, and have not been tampered with.
  • The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value than the purchased product. Customers will not be refunded the difference if the exchanged product has a lower value than the purchased product.
  • In case the product is ordered during the promotion period, please exchange the product during the promotion period to receive the preferential price.

  • Thanh Hoa: 01-03 Phuong Hoang, Dong Cuong
  • Da Nang: 272 Ngu Hanh Son, My An Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District.
  • Or nationwide agents where you purchased (See detailed list of agents here)

Method 2: Send product exchange via post

  • For customers in areas where there is no Fuwa3E store listed above or the product you want to exchange is no longer available at the store, please send the product, accompanying accessories, promotional gifts (if any), along with the bill of lading and VAT invoice (if any) to the address: 272 Ngu Hanh Son, My An Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City
  • After receiving the product, we will check the quality of the goods (this process takes about 2-3 days). Fuwa3E will notify the customer of the results by phone and text message after the inspection is completed.

**Note: The parcel must clearly state “Exchange for Fuwa3E goods”. Customers are responsible for the intact condition of the product when returning it to Fuwa3E. C. Cost of exchange

  • Fuwa3E offers free product exchanges for customers shopping at Fuwa3E in case the product is defective, scratched during shipping, or delivered incorrectly.
  • However, in case the customer wants to exchange the product for subjective reasons such as not liking the color…, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee in case the product needs to be returned to Fuwa3E’s warehouse for exchange.
